Consultation
The journey always begins with a client consultation. We meet you onsite to learn about your ideas and dreams for the space and discuss your needs and wants. We will identify any specific design constraints, wind, sun, shade, topography etc.
We offer design ideas that are unique to your style and needs and determine project budgets and our involvement for services required.
The cost of the consultation is included in all our packages, but if you decide not to proceed any further you will be billed for the initial consultation only.
Design Process
Our focus is on creating environments for our clients that fit seamlessly with their lifestyles and reflect who they are. We take pride in designing outdoor spaces that our clients embrace and take ownership of.
Following the consultation, we will start work on our preliminary design, keeping in mind your needs and preferences, to work toward the best result for you.
The preliminary concept design will be presented to you, with the opportunity for discussion and review. We will then make any required changes and present you with your final design.
At the end of the design process we want you to feel happy with the whole experience. It's important to us that you feel you have been listened to and that we've successfully interpreted your landscape dreams.
Which Package?
We offer different package deals depending on your brief requirements and property size. From our Starter Package for those starting with a blank canvas, through to our Elite Package that includes full 3D renderings, or we can tailor a package to you with the Select option. Detailed Drawings & Consenting
Depending on the complexity of the project, detailed drawings and consenting may be required. Quality documentation is incredibly beneficial to the contractors onsite and can reduce unexpected variations and cost overruns.
With our talented and licences team we are able to provide these services in-house, to make this process streamlined for you.
In some specialist projects specific consulting may be required i.e. structural engineers. Our team is able to coordinate and manage these services for you.
Plant Sourcing
It is important to us that you get the best quality plants and trees when you are ready to plant your landscape. We can offer an additional service of working with preferred wholesale plant/tree suppliers, to supply these to you at a competitive rate and ensure they are delivered healthy and thriving.
Pricing & Construction
We have talented, reliable and professional builders and landscape contractors that we recommend and regularly work with. We are also happy to work with our clients' own preferred contractors.
We can work with you to help price your project through a negotiable contract process or competitive tender.
We also offer a site observation and on site quality assurance service.
